1,300m² purpose-built RSE accommodation at 43 Sharp Road, Katikati for Seeka. The project replaced temporary worker housing with a permanent facility featuring two recreational areas, lounges, kitchens, laundries, and bedrooms. 

Housing 140 RSE’s. Working with District and Regional Councils, ANEX and their team of consultants obtained Building Consent within 22 working days of the consent being lodged. Code of Compliance certificate was granted within 10 days of completion. The $5.5 million project was delivered on budget and ahead of schedule.
