400m2 of purpose built RSE accommodation. Comprising of a commercial grade kitchen, extensive outdoor recreational areas, laundry facilities, bathrooms, 6 double bedrooms, covered walkways and independent managers accommodation. 

ANEX reviewed the existing design and provided cost saving options to the Clients. Smart construction methodologies and a simplified design reduced the build costs significantly.

ANEX managed all elements of the project including Councils. The development was delivered in September 2024, on time and to budget. Code of Compliance, MBIE and Healthy Homes approvals were granted promptly following handover.
